Our group in Croxley Green has recently started and we’re keen to welcome new members!
NWR meetings are the perfect opportunity to make more local friends. They always include a light-hearted discussion topic which acts as an ice-breaker and we generally find our discussions go off in all sorts of wonderful directions! There is no obligation to contribute to the discussion if you’d prefer not to, we are a friendly group and understand some people might not fancy that initially.
Our meetings are currently taking place in a pub in Croxley Green.
Meeting dates:
17 March 2025 2pm (note this date changed, was originally 12 March at 7pm) – topic of discussion: High street shops and brands that have disappeared. Do you remember Clements and more recently John Lewis in Watford? What other stores and brands do you remember and do you still have and possibly use items from these stores or even have an odd packet or tin at the back of your store cupboard?
