MONDAY (daytime) 2.00 – 4.00pm
TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY (evenings) 7.30 – 9.30pm
Clue Holders – We can’t run the quiz without the help of clue holders, so if you’re able to volunteer to take calls for 2 hours we’d really appreciate it. This involves taking calls from groups, confirming if their answer to the previous clue is correct and giving out the next clue.
Facebook – Please do not discuss the quiz or the theme on social media platforms during the week of the event, as this can spoil the enjoyment for groups still waiting to participate.
GROUP ENTRY
The contact on your entry form should be the member that you want the quiz information to be sent to. If you want to change the contact please notify the office.
CLUE HOLDERS
We need clue holder volunteers to run the quiz! An excellent way to connect with members across the UK, all members are very welcome to take part.
Clue holders need to be available for the following times:
Monday 2.00-4.00pm
Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 7.30-9.30pm
PRIZES
1 x £100 prize for the winning group (in the event that more than one group has all the correct answers the winner will be drawn at random)
1 x £50 Clue Holder Prize (chosen at random by the host group)
Event Instructions
The office will circulate an online answer sheet and instructions prior to the event for groups to submit their answers which will be shared with Leicester South group for marking.
Groups will receive their first clue in an email from the office in early November which will be sent to the member who registered your entry.
Each registered group representative will receive all final information and their first clue by email one week before the event.
All clue holder volunteers will receive their clue and answer by email one week before the event.
