Exciting news for the two Leighton Buzzard groups this morning, when an email from our Chief Trustee dropped into our in-boxes to announce that Heather has been appointed as one of two new trustees.
Many congratulations to Heather.
I am sure that Heather will put her experience of being an LO, an AS and of starting a new group to good effect when she takes up her new role in October.
We are well used, in LB1 at least, to seeing group members becoming national trustees: both Jo Thomson and Jo Birt have excelled in their trustee posts in recent years.
