Join Robyn for this 5 week Chair Yoga course, designed to help you gently build strength and improve mobility, all from the comfort of your own home!
For this autumn course, there will be some influence from Tai Chi/Qigong, focusing on the Metal Form that is associated with the autumn season. Moving on from the Fire Form of summer, we will start to explore more grounding movements, begin to turn the awareness inwards and practice different breathwork techniques, as well as weave topics of gratitude, intention and letting go into the sessions. We will review past poses and explore new postures each week.
Robyn’s aim for this course is to give you an insight into the world of yoga, help you build strength and mobility in a very gentle and accessible way and leave you feeling calm and relaxed at the end of each session.
The whole session will be seated – a chair with a sturdy back, a flat seat and no arms is ideal, but we can work with whichever seat you find most comfortable and secure. No yoga experience is required.
Robyn is a yoga teacher in Beccles, Suffolk. She teaches a variety of different classes to the local community, including several NWR ladies!
This is a paid event for NWR members only. The total cost is £15, working out at just £3 a session!

We will be recording each class and will email a link to the recording to ticket holders a day or two after the event once it has been formatted and uploaded. Please do not share this link with anyone as this is a paid event.
