We are a group of around 14 members spread around Exeter and the Exe estuary from Kenton to Exmouth. We are a friendly group in our sixties and seventies.
We have a full programme of meetings, two each month on a rolling Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday schedule, mainly afternoons. What we call a topic meeting, where we discuss current affairs or other issues, is alternated with a more social get together including our book group.
We meet mainly in each other’s homes with occasional outings for coffee and/or for walks and visits. Car-sharing for journeys to and from meetings is the norm.
Our group is currently at full capacity and unfortunately we are unable to welcome new members. A new group will be starting in the area, so please email enquiries@nwr.org.uk if you are interested in finding out more or would like to be added to a waiting list.
