Northallerton

We are a lively-minded friendly group with a wide range of interests. We meet fortnightly in our own homes in the evening to discuss a variety of topics agreed in a six-monthly programme, ranging from current affairs to more light-hearted subjects.
Topics between February and July 2024 include Nepal, the significance of Salt through the Ages, Politicians from Yorkshire, The Scottish Borderland Witch trials, a play reading, Courageous Pioneers and the Caribbean.
Between meetings we meet locally for either lunch or coffee.
