Tom is an experienced Mindfulness teacher and trainer, this session has been created to help you make your first steps into Mindfulness and apply it in real life.
Previously a senior leader in education, Tom moved into the field of wellbeing and mental health after his own experiences and has been working to support others for the past 7 years, including with leading training organisations and mental health charities across the UK and Europe.
