Join us for Dance for Life, where you’ll experience the joy of dance and exercising to music while reaping both physical and mental health benefits.

- Dance moves from Latin, ballet/barre, tap, etc
- Increased muscle strength, mobility and balance

- Mindful breathing to reduce stress and anxiety
This session is for anyone who wants to improve their fitness through dance and moving to music.
All fitness levels welcome with variations shown for different abilities including seated.
