Why do we celebrate diversity in nature, yet often struggle with it in ourselves?
In this personal and thought-provoking talk, Tansy shares her own journey of discovering neurodivergence and how time in nature helped her move from masking and self-doubt to a deeper understanding of her natural rhythms and strengths.
Blending personal story with insights from the natural world, she explores how ecosystems thrive on difference, and what this can teach us about embracing our own uniqueness. The talk offers gentle, practical ways to use nature as a guide for self-acceptance, clarity and breaking through limiting beliefs, leaving audiences with a renewed sense of perspective and belonging.
Tansy Dowman is an award-winning Nature Connection practitioner, speaker and coach specialising in outdoor wellbeing, resilience and neurodiversity.
