NWR Patron Jo Moseley returns to share her adventures β on and off the water β since her first talk in September 2022. Paddleboarder, bestselling author, cold water dipper and now carer, Jo will update us on how she is riding the waves of change at 60.
Jo believes that life is very short and precious and if we have even the tiniest spark of a dream we owe it to ourselves to try and make it happen. As a result, in summer of this year she went skinny dipping for the first time in an ancient woodland in the Lake District with her friend and fellow author Sara. Together they made a joyful uplifting film about it celebrating female friendship and ageing bravely and creatively. βSkinnyβ has been nominated for an award and is being screened at a prestigious adventure film festival. Jo will share how she is riding the waves of change, her latest book Adventures on the Water β The Power of Paddleboarding to Change Lives and plans for the future.
