Our evening programme events are held in a member’s home from 7 pm until 10 pm (approx.). We vary the day of the week to enable members with regular commitments to attend as many as possible.
We begin the evening with a drink provided by the host and follow with a discussion around the theme; this may be led by a member or guest or we may all have done some research to share. We break for light refreshments and then continue with our discussion wherever the fancy takes us.
This month members are asked to consider changes in eating habits, personally or much wider, and share their reflections.
