Tuesday 20thJanuaryThe brain and dementia. This discussion follows up a previous meeting on brain connections. How are connections damaged by dementia? How can they be maintained?    
Wednesday 4thFebruaryA visit to Salisbury Museum’s exhibition on crime and punishment.  Bridget Telfer, the Community Creator, will give us an introductory talk – details to follow. Afterwards members can look around the museum, if they wish to, until closing time at 5pm.   
Tuesday 17thFebruary  Democracy.‘Europe is suffering from a degeneration of democracy’. Emmanuel Macron recently lamented. What is democracy? We’ll discuss its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.

Tuesday 17th MarchStained glass windows A visit to the cathedral to discover the rich history of stained glass windows, ancient and modern, commemorating conflicts, suffragettes, and even the cathedral cat!
