For this year’s National Walking Month we thought we would celebrate women on our walk by exploring the location of some of the factories that the Women Of Steel of Sheffield worked in. On Friday 29th May we will meeting at 10:30 to explore the rich industrial heritage along the Sheffield and Tinsley canal and even taking in an art trail for part of the route.
After looking at wildlife and history we will be enjoying a drink and cake (or whatever else takes our fancy) before heading back on the Sheffield Tram.
