West Bridgford NWR is a small group which holds one or two discussion meetings a month on topics ranging from the serious to the light-hearted, plus quizzes, DVD evenings etc. Also theatre visits, trips to places of interest and visits to public lectures and museums.
We have occasional speakers.
New members are most welcome.
Our next meetings are:
Tuesday 12 May 7.30pm – Something I inherited – come along prepared to talk about this, bring an item along if you like. Need not be a physical item – could be your sweet disposition…
Wednesday 24 June 7.30pm – Listen in advance of the meeting to the NWR talk The Role of Women in the Glass Industry and come along to discuss. Log in on the NWR website nwr.org.uk. If you have lost your password, follow the instructions. Under Events you will find Event recordings.
The photo was taken at a recent meeting where we had a speaker from the Fire Service – it was very informative and highly entertaining!
