As part of NWR’s Walking in May theme, members from Kilbarchan’s Walking Group met with members from Houston for a coastal walk along Lunderston Bay and Inverkip marina ( situated just a short drive from Glasgow) on the west coast of Scotland. The walkers were blessed with wonderful weather and enjoyed the beautiful scenery of the Firth of Clyde, looking over the Cowal Penisula.
The weather was as perfect as the company. After the walk everyone enjoyed a relaxed chatty lunch with their walking companions at a local Garden Centre Cafe.
