We had an interesting evening discussing the history of hats, the reason they were worn and different materials used. One member brought her grandfathers and great-grandfathers top hats and another member was complemented on her hat by Princess Anne. We finished off the evening with a quiz about hats. Lots of fun and laughter and a variety of hats on show.
