Members from Kilbarchan group visited Glasgow Art Club in Bath Street Glasgow last week to view Paisley Art Institute’s Annual Exhibition. One of our members, Margaret Borthwick, had 2 of her paintings in the exhibition.
The Art Club is a beautiful building in itself, the picture below shows the recently renovated Rennie MacIntosh frieze in the main gallery.
Lunch afterwards was at the nearby quirky Butterfly & Pig restaurant – another interesting building.
