We spent a lovely sunny summer’s day at the Tudor House in Southampton. Our guide gave us lots of interesting facts about the house and revealed some of its secrets. In addition to the usual parts of the house we were also able to visit the attics and the cellars. We then had lunch in the cafe overlooking the beautiful herb garden – a real sanctuary in the middle of the bustling city.
