Mike Crawshaw – Head of Culture and Heritage with Darlington Borough Council, and passionate supporter of Hopetown Museum and Darlington Hippodrome Theatre
Dr Kelly Rose – Nutritionist, Researcher and Founder of Nourish Minds
Workshops –
1. Pimms and Needles crafting – make an Autumnal fabric pumpkin to take home
2. Sound Bath Experience (an immersion into sound to calm, rebalance, relax and re-energise) *no swimming costume needed – no water involved! – with Diane Richards, sound Therapist
3. “Connecting to Your Higher Self for Wellbeing through Creative Writing” – with Barbara Whiting, MA, author
4. “Connecting to yourself, your body and your future” – a more intimate session with Dr Kelly Rose
5. Free entry into the Hopetown Museum to have personal time to be outside or inside the exhibits, to explore under your own steam!
