You may want to share a personal experience, or talk about someone you particularly admire, and your reasons for doing so.
Wednesday 29th MayHoarding: what immediately comes to mind? You may want to focus on the idea of decluttering, or you might prefer to investigate the various ‘hoards’ discovered by archaeologists in this country, or abroad. What you contribute can be serious or light-hearted.
Tuesday11th JuneIslands in the Sun: following on from our successful Mardi Gras evening, we now have an opportunity to consider some of the key issues that are important to people who live in & around the Caribbean [NWR’s chosen ‘country’ for this year] – tourism, agriculture, the legacy of slavery, art & culture, etc.
Wednesday  26th JuneRoots: an opportunity to consider where we come from. What do you know of your family history? Have you done much to think about/investigate where your ancestors came from; what traditions they have handed down, what cultures they represent, what traits you think you have inherited?
