As the year turns towards the months when leaves on trees are changing colour, we will look at trees and their leaves in woodland, forest, garden, orchard, hedgerow, plantation, arboretum, shrubbery, thicket, art, music, folklore, literature….. Do you have a favourite tree, or species of tree? Can you identify a tree by its shape, or its leaves? Are there specialist creatures which live in or use it?
