Our meetings are held in members’ homes on a fortnightly rotating basis on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday starting at 8.00pm.
Members volunteer to either host or chair a meeting, although neither is compulsory. The hostess provides tea/coffee and biscuits and are given a small remuneration towards their costs.
Members’ homes cover a 12 mile radius from Durham city centre.
Our program covers a wide range of subjects from the sublime to the ridiculous, but always fun, lively and informative! Whatever we do, we like to have fun and improve our minds.
