We are a friendly, lively and welcoming group aged in our 60s through to 80s who come from six local villages all over East Lothian. Our group meets fortnightly on a Thursday evening either in our homes (there is no obligation to host) or in a church hall for a varied programme of discussions, speakers, theatre visits. We also hold picnics and lunches in July and August (dependent on the weather!).
Our discussion topics range from light hearted topics, such as obsolete occupations or a play reading, through to more thought provoking ones like the falling birthrate, but there is always time for a general chat.
