Three of us from Woodley Group did the Parkinson’s Walk at Henley Show Ground in Oxfordshire on the 8th of October 2023. The Henley Show ground is on the beautiful Caulden Faw estate home to amongst other things the West London Tough Mudder so its hilly. There were two walks on offer one mile and five most of which were done on the public footpaths through the estate.
