Battle group enjoyed a very informative talk given by Phil Jones about Rye Harbour Nature Reserve, an area of SSSI which has seen better management in recent years meaning there are far more visitors of the human kind as well as our feathered friends. It is a wonderful resource for walking and information on our doorstep, plus a cafe has recently opened.
The next meeting is on Monday 15th Nov when our group will enjoy the challenge of the annual TTT.
