Venturing over the water to Portsmouth proved a successful event. Four members of the Medina Isle of Wight group spent the day on the mainland for the Jane Austin walking tour. Although several people were disappointed not to be able to make it, those who did go had a really good time and recommended it for revisiting on a later programme.
