Lovely meeting last week sharing our choices of good books to read on holiday, in the garden, on a journey. We enjoy a wide range of genre from classics to crime, biography to travel, romance to tales of endeavour, humour to stories from writers across today’s world.
Our next meeting will be on Tuesday 5th August at 12 noon in a venue in Huddersfield town centre. Our topic for that meeting is travel: love it or loathe it. We shall also be thinking of the journey itself as a part of the experience to enjoy or endure.
