Seven members of the Tadley NWR went for a walk today. We were unable to take part in the May event but belatedly got out there in August.
We walked along part of the Kennet and Avon canal from Newbury, returning to the town beside the River Kennet.
We covered about 4 miles, completing our 10,000 steps. Any calories used up were immediately replaced with a drink and cake at the canal side cafe.
