NWR Dance for Life with Janice Fraser – 5, 19 & 26 June

Join us for Dance for Life, where you’ll experience the joy of dance and exercising to music while reaping both physical and mental health benefits.

This month, Janice has selected colourful and diverse music and musical artists to celebrate Pride Month. We at NWR support the LGBTQ+ community and hope that our members enjoy taking part in these sessions.

What to expect:

  • Dance moves from Latin, ballet/barre, tap, etc
  • Increased muscle strength, mobility and balance
  • Improved coordination and rhythm
  • Mindful breathing to reduce stress and anxiety

This session is for anyone who wants to improve their fitness through dance and moving to music.

All fitness levels welcome with variations shown for different abilities including seated.
