A new 295ft long artwork by David Hockney depicting the changing seasons of his French garden in lockdown. A Year in Normandie was made by joining some of the 220 paintings he created on his ipad, printed on paper and shown in a continuous length. This is his largest work and its first showing in the UK.
We will meet in the main lobby at Salts Mill at 12 noon. Bring a picnic which we’ll enjoy by the river or in Roberts Park where drinks are available from the cafe.
