We are one of NWR’s newest groups, having held our first meeting in October 2024.
Our monthly meetings will always include a light-hearted discussion topic, which acts as an ice-breaker and we generally find our discussions go off in all sorts of wonderful directions! There is no obligation to contribute to the discussion. We are a supportive and friendly group and understand some people might not fancy that initially.
Our meetings will be held at 2.30pm in a local cafe in Barnstaple on the following dates:
10 October 2024 – The scariest thing you have done or seen someone else do. This was a popular topic and there was much laughter and hilarity during the afternoon.
14 November 2024 – Artificial Intelligence – How is AI used currently? Advantage or Disadvantage? Where might it be leading? or What can we do now that we couldn’t do when we were young? And, what can’t we do now that we could years ago? Choose one of the above topics.
12 December 2024 – discussion topic tbc
