We are a friendly, welcoming and diverse group of women whose ages range from their 60s to 90s. Women of all ages and backgrounds are welcome to join us.
We have fun at our meetings, with lots of laughter. Our meetings take place on alternate Tuesday evenings in our homes, there is no obligation to host if you can’t or don’t want to.
We hold a programme of events and meetings. Typical activities we might do are a summer walk, film and pizza evening, book club, theatre trips and a quiz with another group. We’ve also had a local theatre outing, a guest speaker showing us her journal quilts as well as discussion topics and plenty of time to chat. As a group we plan and agree out programme, this provides variety and allows the opportunity for everyone to show their interests or talents.
