Following many wet and cold barbecues normally held in the summer (to which husbands/partners are traditionally invited) this year (2018) we decided to have the meeting indoors at a local village hall. We hired in a skittle alley and had a great time with a number of games ably umpired by Todd. This was followed by barbecued chicken and sausages (done at a nearby garden thanks to Pete and Geoff) with salads and desserts provided by the group.
The weather turned out dry and warm hence the open hall doors!
