We had a good talk from a local friend of the group on the Trades of Congleton over time.
We were taken from before the Congleton Market Charter date in 1272 up to the present day via Agriculture, Point making, Bell foundry, Leather working, Silk Mills, Fustion cutting, Sand extraction and on to International Airbags & Siemens engineering.
8 of us managed to hear and see it in person and one joined on Zoom.
