On Thursday the 31st November some of our ‘crafty’ members got together to create a Christmas Santa, star decorations; a very sweet gift tag plus Japanese boxes, colourful Kimonos’ and some very intriguing orbs. We worked hard for two plus hours and listened intently to specific instructions. ‘Turn it this way, 90 degrees; repeat on the other side, fold here fold there , create a triangle’ etc etc then a voice would be heard. ‘Can you repeat that please?’. We got there in the end and thoroughly enjoyed it. Member who couldn’t attend have requested a daytime session!
To sum up. ‘It’s easy when you know how!’
We created the ‘stars’ with ready made bags. But it is possible to make bags if you have time and you did Vanessa Hastings workshop.
