Prenton group enjoyed a guided tour around the recently refurbished Royal Court theatre in Liverpool.
There has been a theatre on the site since 1838. It was a very interesting few hours rounded off with tea and biscuits in the ‘stalls’, now an eating area for before the performances.
One of our members performed here with the D’oyly Carte opera company in the the 1970’s!! Guess who?
