We’re introducing various weekend activities which are proving popular.
On Sunday we had a short walk, followed by lunch at a local pub. It was a pavement walk round Heath & Reach; originally it was two small hamlets – Heath and Reach – and records are found for Heath in 1220 and Reach in 1216.
Coming up, we’ve got tickets for Carmen and Starlight Express on a couple of Sunday afternoons at our local Library Theatre and will also be arranging a Scrabble session or two – just right for winter afternoons.
