Oh, what a merry time we had at our annual Christmas party last night! We stepped into a warm glow of mulled wine and a crackling fire, and before long we were diving into a delightful spread of festive treats brought by our wonderful members. The games were nonstop and absolutely hilarious—Christmas Rhyme Time, Celebrity Christmas Names, Hum That Tune, Recite the Poem in a Foreign Accent (I’m still astonished my “American accent” was guessed in two seconds!), Kim’s Game, the Feely Bag, the Name Game, Act the Film, Spin the Wings, and Name the Book. Laughter filled the room from start to finish. What a truly magical evening spent in the best of company!
