We are planning a day out to one of East Anglia’s best gardens.
Suggested outline:
Meet at the entrance to the Gardens (not the Garden Centre) at 11am, pay for our tickets and then walk around the grounds for 1.5 – 2 hrs, meet at 1pm at the main restaurant to have an hour’s lunch break. Anyone who would prefer to use the steam trains to see the site can do so, and maybe all of us would enjoy a ride of the 3 mile tour. 😉
After lunch, we can all do what we fancy, as long as we meet up again at our car share return times – another stroll through the gardens, visit the Steam Engineering Museum, or spend some money in the Garden Centre! And there’s always the lure of a coffee and cake to round off the day…
