Now a hotel, Danesfield was the home to RAF, this was the home of the RAF’s Photographic Reconnaissance unit in World War2 . The trip included an hour’s tour of the riverside gardens and a 45min talk on it’s famous history. a grand day out on a lucky day for weather. A couple of guests came along as some members had to drop out at the last minute.
