Ten of the group met in person recently to discuss our Inheritance Tracks. Each person chose two tracks: one they’d ‘inherited’ from their parents, grandparents etc and one they would like to pass on to their children or other relatives.
The reasons for our choices were sometimes surprising, often touching and brought us to both tears and laughter. We also indulged in a bit of singing along, especially to Delilah.
Thanks to everyone who came, for putting so much thought into their choices and for sharing often very personal reasons. I think we all learned a bit more about each other.
A special thanks to the host who not only hosted the evening but spent a considerable amount of time sourcing and timing our choices.
We had a very varied musical evening, ranging from George Formby to pop and classical pieces.
