We moved to virtual meetings using Zoom during the first lockdown this year – a challenge that most of us were happy to rise to with a few glitches along the way. During the summer months we tentatively agreed to try to meet up in person and enjoyed a socially distanced summer party picnic in Kings College gardens, courtesy of one of our member’s connections with the college. This was enjoyed by all and we agreed to meet up in some small groups for walks and refreshments in some of our local areas. In September, we walked around Grantchester Meadows followed by coffee in The Orchard Tea Garden and then enjoyed a stroll around Milton Country Park with drinks at Grounds Cafe in October.
