A few of the Yealm Group who took part in the NWR October Walk
The walk was following the Yealm River as is flows through woodland between Yealmpton and Puslinch.
Some members did a longer walk along one side of the river and back along the opposite side. A smaller number did a shorter walk on one side of the river only.
It was a delightful occasion listening to the sound of the river flowing over rocks and seeing the trees beginning to turn to their autumn colours.
We finished at Nelly’s Cafe in Yealmpton for coffee or hot chocolate and chat.
