Nine of us left a very wet Leighton Buzzard and travelled to a nice, dry Birmingham to see Bhangra Nation. This wonderful musical, full of dancing, colour, movement and joy premiered at the Birmingham’s Repertory Theatre. It’s first night brought it excellent reviews from the national press: A moving and funny new musical about friendship, family and identity, brought to life with boundless energy and joy, incredible dance moves and a truly bhangin’ soundtrack. We all marvelled at the intricacy, grace and style of the dancing and envied the cast’s abilities. It’s always a pleasure to go Birmingham: it’s such an accessible, interesting city, and we love Ozzy the Bull!
