12 of us which included some partners had a good time playing a round of Adventure Golf in Henley-On-Thames in glorious autumn sunshine. We split ourselves into three groups. Each group seemed to have its own set of rules, but there was definitely fun and even a cry of hole in one. The course is made up of different well know sights of Henley including: The Town Hall, Kenton Theatre, Frias Park, Henley Bridge, Temple Island and Marsh Mills.
We all needed to be careful we didn’t lose the ball in the “Thames” at a couple of holes. There was even a QR code we could scan to improve our knowledge of a particular “hole” should we choose to. Once we had finished most of us found a 19th hole where a well earned coffee and possibly cake were enjoyed. Mary Butcher
