It was lovely to see a dozen members gathered together on Wednesday afternoon, just for refreshments and a good natter.
Whilst the title was ‘Mini-AGM’, with the intention of giving everyone the chance to air views about their take on our group and how it is run, there was nothing remotely formal about it and the discussion ran light-heartedly and smoothly. It seems that most things about our group meet everyone’s expectations and needs where at all possible.
There are things we could do better – communication & allowing everyone space to speak were mentioned.
But we can address those issues and in general, we are a lively, friendly group and all is well.
Which is good! 🙂
